Baldwin County median home sales price up 9 percent from one year ago

Total homes listed for sale in the Baldwin County area during January were 2,836 units, an increase of 5.1 percent from January 2018’s 2,698 units and a decrease of 13.6 percent from December 2018’s 3,282 units.
